Mounting Techniques for Banners:
Sleeve:
Vertical banners use a sleeve that goes over the banner pole and does not attach to any arm.
(Flies freely, has no arm).
Fixed Upper Arm:
Vertical banner that has a sleeve that goes over the banner pole and sleeve for a fixed horizontal arm.
(Arm does not move)
Fixed Upper and Lower Arm:
Vertical banner that is held by the top and bottom arms.
